Magical Glade Not Loading

Hi,

When the goose breeding event started I refreshed my game. Until this time I had had no problems with the game at all. Since refreshing, the Magical Glade will not fully load - all other fields etc are loading fine.

I have:-

1. Refreshed (several times).
2. Cleared Flash cache etc. (several times).
3. I have the most up to date Flash Player (18.0.0.203).
4. Re-started computer (several times).

It is loading between 98% to 100%. I have all animal pens on the Glade and the same two places are only showing the spinning sunflower.

Help would be greatly appreciated as I am out of ideas.

Additional:- Since posting the above I have been working the rest of the farm, without any problems, and not going to the Glade. I have just tried again and the problem still exists.

Thank you for providing all these details and for going through so much trouble for troubleshooting this issue. I have cleared your server side cache as well, could you please be so kind and try accessing the Glade again? Did this help?

Unfortunately that has not worked, it's still doing the same thing

Edit: I have managed to take a screen shot (my first!). Interestingly I have noticed that the automatic tree harvester is working on the Glade as I have seen the EP being added. Hope this helps.

That's a little bit of progress but it doesn't help much! Could you pretty please try a different browser as well?

I have only ever used IE. Which browser would you suggest and how do I change browsers please?!?

Edit: So I took the plunge and changed my browser to Firefox. Guess what? Still the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

That is extremely weird. Could you please contact support to have your account checked and settings adjusted a bit, hopefully that will trigger the loading of your glade.

But before that, one last try did you allow Flash to store enough data?

My Flash storage is set to unlimited.

Is there a way to forward this thread to Support so that they have all the information?
