Magical glade tree drops

    I want to report this in case others start having this issue too. I will come back and update if it starts working.

    I am not getting any drops from trees in the magical glade. I get drops from crops, but for some reason I'm not getting any from trees. I don't have any different trees on this field. It is a mix of high and low. All other fields appear to be working fine.

    Hello greenchelonia,

    Are you referring to the Event drops or are you getting no drop items of any sort? Can you tell me which fields you harvested around 16:39 CEST.

    I'm not sure which field I harvested around that time. I'm not sure if I'm getting other drops from trees. So far I have not seen any, but I couldn't tell for sure when I was harvesting the crop I have there. I'm getting event drops from the crops. I have not seen any event drops from the trees on that field. I am getting them from other fields just fine.

    I tried to convert that time. I'm coming up with around 7:39AM here. So that would have been all of my fields.

    *If it helps, I usually harvest that field second or third in the morning. I hope that makes sense.

    I'm not a mod but somewhat expierenced the same problem. After some investigation I found out the drops from on (BAHA) Rain Forrrest and (MAIN) Magical Glade aren't always shown in the yellow pop up bar but they do appear on the Event Bar - the bar in the middle of your playfield that shows up when using the tiny arrows to open it-.

    So I concluded the drops were given out afterall. The problem might be a display issue of some kind. (shiver)

    Thankyou habalala for your explanation, if you move from field to field quickly, the drops get combined with the previous drop bar and might cause some confusion to which drops are coming from which field.

    greenchelonia, I can see that you have been receiving the metal discs as drops from your trees. As most trees can only be harvested once a day, the drops would be less than the other items. You can try placing more trees to receive more drops. An example, I have a whole field of trees and receive an average of 20 - 24 metal discs only.

    It seems to be working on this harvest. I will try adding more trees. It may have just been bad luck. I was tracking how many I got. NFQ you may close.
