    The envelope that says I have mail in the left corner on the arrow does not go away after I've seen the mail.

    If this is a double post it's because it wouldn't let me edit. I forgot my user ID.

    Hello lottidah,

    Have you double checked there is not an old unread mail in your inbox? Please try clearing your Browser cache and cookies and also clearing your Flash cache to see if that solves the problem.

    I did that and it's still there ever since unity trail which I wasn't able to get into.
