Main farm, meadow and glade not working

    Haven't played in a really long time, and now pretty much all of my main farm, meadow and glade are nothing but spinning flowers. Baha seems ok, can plant and harvest and everything else w/o issues.

    I don't remember what I had out last time I played since it's been so long, but I suspect some event stuff or something, and that's what's wrong. What is happening is I could see and access trees and pets just fine, but everything else consist of spinning flowers. Bulldozing did nothing but remove said trees, not the fields/pens or whatever else is there that I can't see.

    Know the drill when it comes to fixing flash issues, and double checked the Tech FAQ just so I wouldn't forget anything. All those steps have been done to no avail. Did a complete uninstall and reinstall of flash too, just in case, but that didn't help either. Have this problem in Chrome, Firefox, Opera and IE. My other farm seems fine, so I'm pretty sure it's something related to this one specifically.

    Only thing in the browser itself that I find odd is that I have only one entry for flash in chrome://plugins and it's pepper flash, so if I disable it I can't access anything at all within the game. No idea what's up with that. This doesn't explain the problem in the other browsers, though.

    Hello saltypixels,

    With the changes to Shockwave player, you need to keep Pepper Flash enabled in chrome. If you had event plants down and have not logged in for some time, it may explain the spinning flowers. You will need to contact Support for assistance in removing them.

    Thanks for your reply. I've contacted support but haven't heard anything and farm is still the same. Do they have people working on the weekend at all, do you know? Also wonder if you have any idea how long this kind of thing usually takes?

    As it is the weekend, it may take a little longer. The problems with the Flash Upgrade is also causing problems with the Game, so we can only hope that Adobe finds a fix soon.
