Make Magic Hat placeable on Haunted Manor

    The Magic Hat looks like a Halloween item; why can't it be placed on the Haunted manor? You would probably sell even more.

    I think it just might be because it is one of a set of four items that fit on a CR. Just a guess I could be wrong. BUt with having a few of them I also think it would be grand if we could put them and a few others on Haunted Manor
