Malfunctioning Crop Counter.

Hello. Your crop counter, when harvesting using machines, is not working properly, and I have noticed this on most events when a milled product is involved. I was making five fish food yesterday, with a few crops left over. I did not change my fields. This morning, I went to turn the event crops I harvested last night into food and now I am making 4 fish foods, with 248 crops left over. The crop counter is obviously short changing me by quite a few crops. I have questioned some of my neighbors about this in the past and they have noticed the same thing happening to them. It is very aggravating to be shorted like this. I pay real money every month for the machines. I expect them to be counting properly. I would appreciate your crop counter be looked into. Thank you.

The Harvest Machinery works fine. There is no miscalculations with the total of plants it harvests. If this was the case, there would be millions of players reporting this. As there is no product to be milled this event, I am a bit confused as to how you are milling them You only need crops and drops to swap them into fish food in the event layer.
We cannot check past harvests, but you can write down your crops totals before/after exchanging fish food to check to see if any crops are missing and report your findings.
