Manure upgrade question

Thanks for the manure upgrade but now I have a question with I perceive as a problem with the implementation.

First, I had premium subscription and at that time always had double manure at 600 units. I recently lost my premium and went to 300 units of manure.

Second, before thinking too much about it, I upgraded my manure at the Tree of Ruins and it started at level 5 to upgrade to 300 units for 80 stars. When I went back to the announcement, I noticed that it states to start at level 6 and upgrade to 350 units for 80 starts. Not only does this not match the copied information from the announcement above, but I already had 300 units so why did I have a level 5 to upgrade to 300 units which I paid 80 stars?

I think there is an error in the new upgrade.

I think you may have been confused by the info layer in the Tree of Wisdom. When you open the rune, it shows that you are level 5 and the 80 stars are to unlock level 6.

You have only unlocked a total of 5 runes, being the 5 new levels.

Ah, Shooger.sweet, you would be so right that I was confused by the reading. I have now noticed "Your Level (5)" compared to "Next Level (6)". Thank you so much for clarifying and pointing this out to me.

I honestly wondered why others hadn't questioned their levels. Next time I will know better and look more carefully.
