Hi could someone explain to me or see if there is a problem for me?? I just tried to sell a brownie sheep on my market and was unable to for the price i wanted which was equal to the lowest price on the market. the price was 16199.00 (for 5)(and I only wanted to sell one which in the market was going for 17511.00)) but when i went to sell the market set price on the screen was 5484.19 and the max it would let me put in was 10454.62. this is way below the 16199.00 i wanted to get and i dont understand why i cant sell it for the market price. I have the market rune open on the wisdom tree and this has not happened before so if someone could explain it or look into it i would appreciate it as it is not right.
    Thank you

Do you have enough CCs to pay the commission fee?

    Hello Mar_Bear,

Have you opened the Market rune on the tree of wisdom that allows you to sell at the 10% higher? Also as squiggle suggested, do you have enough cc's to cover the 10% Market fee?

    Can I assist further?

not a mod, but this exact thing happened to me and it took me a bit to catch onto what was going on. First, of course, as mentioned, make sure you have the 10% fee. Beyond that...

The price you see automatically appearing when you try to sell is the price you need to pay attention to. That sets the maximum you can sell for, not the prices available. During events, the prices can skyrocket very quickly. Sometimes it takes a while for the automatic price to adjust. If you wait a tad, it might adjust.

The rune sugarsweet mentioned will allow you to sell for another percentage above the average price. It helps, though you might still have issues in some rare circumstances.
Usually, if you wait, it will correct itself.

If you page back a while, you will see a "back and forth" of several posts where I finally got the issued clarified in my mind.

Yes i had / have more than enough to cover the cost of the commission fee and as i originally stated i have the rune open. I have had it open for over a year. I did try and wait but it seemed as if no one else wanted to sell them for that price either since the highest price in the market was like 64000 or something ridicuously high like that. so i cant see that the price had dropped all the way down to the 5400 and it would take more than 1 or 2 people selling them that low for the market sale screen to suggest that price. I also had been watching them and didnt catch them that low (although it is possible it could have happened and i missed it) by people selling them. Also the timing is questionable as we can now get them through the cloud row. Its kinda like the pinky pie. if you go to sell one it automatically comes up on the screen with about 30000 and pretty much has been since day one. the excuse for the pinky pie was that was the price that the game team/ Bigpoint / powers that be set the pinky pies to be worth that much.. but good luck getting those prices over the years as pinky pies are not rare and are a dime a dozen yet you go to sell one and it wants you to put in the outrageous price. I tried to go sell a brownie a few minutes ago and because of the market price set so low on the sale screen it has forced the market price down on them. it still shows around 5000 when you go to sell one and the actual lowest sale in the market is about 6000 so theroreticaly the asking price when the market screen pops up should have dropped. Well thank you for your help i think it is just not going to make any sense.

That is how the dynamic market works. Prices rise/fall due to demand and supply. If you would like to make some suggestions regarding the market, you should post in the Player Feedback thread.
