As someone who rarely shops in the Market except to buy/sell poo, I was wondering if some other more experienced players could shed some light on a trend I noticed in my market this past week. I am just trying to understand what's driving this trend as I've not seen it before.

I just began my farming day and checked my market. It's 'swimming' in poo - 1686 lots! Much of which is being sold at cut-rate prices (last week it was as low as 3 coins!). Prices now range from 15.95 - 216.00. I checked my own selling options and it's 0.10 - 210.00.

I am quite curious as to why this low sale price trend is going on for a week already effectively preventing me from selling last week's five lots of 100 each priced at 120/unit and five lots of 100 each for 170/unit.

Just for 'fun', I deleted one lot of 100 at 170/unit and then put up a 100 unit lot for 0.10/unit. Lol, if it sells, then maybe I'll delete last week's lots and sell everything at my lowest possible price just to get a few coins. (Update: by the time I posted this, my one super low priced lot sold, so I have deleted the remaining 9 and made 5 new offers at 5coins/unit!) xD

But, back to my question...what drives 31 pages of players to all make offers at such low prices. Do they suddenly find themselves inundated with poo and just want to get rid of it? Is it this particular event which has caused the flood? As I type, I seem to remember something in the strategy thread about stables and workshops being used for drops.
