The second task was to collect 28 Siberial Larchs and i collected much more than that, but the system didn't count them, zero.

Sorry this happened to you - know how frustrating that is. The first thing that comes to mind is did you have to plant them on a particular field? If so, and you harvested from a different field, it won't count.

I can't remember which task it was, but I've had similar tasks and if I used any upgrade/fertilizer it didn't count - I had to use the base of whatever it asked for.

The only buffs I use now are to increase production speed or ones that give a +.

These Siberian Larches i'm referring to can only be planted in the EV, so there's something wrong with the "system". Unfortunately

 

Ah, those larches! Did you use any buff to shorten the time? I did that and it didn't count. Had to let them grow on their own after harvesting and planting a new sapling

However, I will add that some bugs I had in the past in one place or another, seemed to go away after the initial blip. Weird. I hope your mystery is solved.

Feel your pain. I have a MC task to harvest 47 Persimmon on the Plantation. They take forever (well, not really, but a long time!). I forgot to use my Ice Stag before harvesting the few which were ready to harvest, and now must wait almost six hours for the rest to complete the task

It is corrrect what MeadowCrossing stated. You can't use boosters for that.
