Maybe it's time for an official announcement

The fact that the game has been down for more than three hours and you still have to search the user created threads to find out it isn't just your account is kind of ridiculous. Can we be a little more transparent with communications regarding game outages please?

It doesn't help when the message is Bag gateway 502 - and when the official line is 'no outages' anywhere in the world. Having to take a convoluted route to get to the forums, just to find out that there are technical problems - is not helping players.

 

Farmerama is getting very boring now. there is always an error. How long and how long will we endure? If your bonus code won't help me finish the event, it doesn't make any sense. If it wasn't for the error, I would have finished the event now, but I can't.

They announced it is back up. Too bad I only have an hour left to play the event because I am out for a medical procedure tomorrow most of the day.
