Mega EP Day

Having problem activating Mega EP Day? Click on icon and nothing happens. Also tried to buy BB's and that's also not working? Anyone else having this problem

Have you refreshed your Game to show that Mega EP is active? You do not need to click on anything to activate this mini-event. Once you can see the Mega EP on the Event timer, the reduction will be applied when you buy anything from the list associated with this mini-event.

Yes refreshed and cleared cache. Its showing on the Event timer but when you click on it nothing happens? In order to buy BB's you have to click on the Mega EP in the event timer, but its not doing anything so I can't access the BB page. I can access all the other icons in the event timer and it takes me to the relevant page

 

You don't have to click on the event icon to purchase BB. You can go through the bank in the city, and once you've made a purchase, the Mega EP buff will activate on its own. You may need to refresh to see it after your purchase.
