mega pack power feed

    I bought the mega pack power feed and not sure my neighbors received their gifts. Can someone verify please? Thank you

    Hello cats50,

    If you bought the Large Super-feed Pack, all your Neighbours will receive 15 Power-feed + 1 Healthy Treat. You can send one or a few Neighbours an IGM asking them to confirm they received their gifts if you like.

    Well I have multi farms and I don't see gift given to any of them. Is possible for tech to check or should I ask them. I also asked one of my other farm neighbors and they said they can't confirm either.

    I am a cats50 neighbour and I have no record of receiving anything in the gifts. I know I received two sets of powerfeed ( one from Frycio) but I was too quick to delete to verify who the other came from. I hope this helps.

    ~edit~ cats50, I can confirm the Packages are working correctly.

    davidb1yth007, it has been checked and you received both the Power-feed and Healthy Treat on 2019-10-19 22:56:48.

    No I just know that I didn't get a heads up on my other farms that said hey so and so gave you power feed so I couldn't tell

    Hello cats50 :) ,

    You can check if your gift notifications are enabled, from the game settings menu -> Additional settings tab (at the top). You will find there the option to show gifts as pop-ups. Choose "on" and save the changes.

    No my other farms bought regular where the neighbors got 10 power feed and go notices with no problem just never go notice for mega pack at all.

    If you want your Farms checked to confirm the Power-feed and Healthy Treat was booked, you can post in Tech with the ID#s concerned.
