    Just to clarify........Am I right in thinking that if I purchase the stalk row and I have all the dispensers from the earlier event I can then place them on the stalk row and do not need to buy them with BB ?

    You are correct. If you have all the melon dispensers from the event, you do not have to purchase them. You are able to just place them on the cloud row.
