    I noticed this morning my ability to have more manure and water seems to have lessened. I was able to have 1200 manure and now its at 716 and no more is being added. Does this need to be renewed? It seems like it was doing it automatically but maybe it's one of those times that there is a gap. Would you please check on this for me? Thanks:):)

    Depending on how you paid for your premium membership, you may need to renew it yourself rather than it renewing automatically. It did expire today so you can renew it. Please contact Support for additional assistance as we cannot see specifics relating to payment issues.

    If you are using a credit card with saved payment information, it should renew automatically. You can check in the bank under Status & Cancellation. If you were online when it was supposed to renew, try to log out and back in again to see if that prompts the system.
