Menagerie in shop

    I read FAQ on the menagerie and what I think it say's is i can get the menagerie through the tree for 500 stars, through the quest and/or the shop for ***BB's (I forgot how much)
    I started the quest but stopped when I realized all I would get is blueprints for up-grade and not the menagerie itself. So, I bought some BB's and went to the supply store - looked under the animal section but did not find it. Then I tried the red shopping basket, nope not there.
    Please explain what "shop" I can buy the menagerie from.
    Thank you and I'm sorry I don't understand. The instruction are very clear, I just can't find it.

    Hello DonnaLynn85338,

    You can buy another Menagerie from the shop for 299 BB's. If you are on the Mainland, you click on the "Animal" category in the Red Shopping basket and you should see the item for sale as long as you are over level 50.

    Yes please. I went to my main farm, checked the shopping basket once again, because I always assume it is me, but no it is not there. I even tried the search box, got the daisy of death for a long time, had to log out and back in. Can you direct me to a solution?

    Yes. I am level 85. Any other ideas? Could this be a tec issue?
