menagerie problem

    hi my id is 957444
    I harvested my menagerie with 4 frogs in it and 4 frog ponds and only received 5 frogs and there should have been 8 altogether. Please look into this for me thanks

    Hi toritheterible

    I can see you harvested your menagerie at 02:00 CEST and immediately refed it, your 4 frog ponds where also fed at the same time although the logs don't tell me when they were harvested. I can see that you then bred 4 frogs leaving 1 in inventory shortly after this.

    As the logs do not tell me when the previous frog ponds were fed I can only assume that you forgot to feed them.

    Can I help further?
