    I opened the menagerie rune on the tree of wisdom and built one menagerie. Are we allowed more than one menagerie and if so, where do we go to build another?

    Yes, you are allowed more than one Menagerie. Now that you have one from redeeming stars on the Tree of Wisdom, you can get the next one from the shop for 299 BB.
