Mentoring Query

I have been a mentor for a few months now and I must say I am very disappointed.
I was under the impression that we are given chicklets that understand the same language.
I have had 7 so far, with every new one I welcome them, let them know I can help them, gift them daily etc but not one has replied.
I had one level up high enough to go it alone but the others seem to just go red after a few levels, I do not like to delete them but I want to give my help to someone who would benefit.
Do others have similar problems?
Do I delete them and hope I get allocated one that does want to play ?
They do not seem to disappear like neighbours who do not play - they just seem to sit there.......?

We cannot give you specific advice about the mentoring system as it is up to you as the mentor to decide how long you wish to keep a chickadee. Here is the link to an older discussion about being a mentor that you may find helpful.
