First impression - shame on BP for giving us a buff that only works if we buy the giant basket for 12.99. That's a lot of money for one event. I do not spend money when BP tries to force me to in order to complete an event! I hope others do not fall for this trap!!!!! I also do not appreciate BP not being up front about it. I spent a lot of time looking for those 3 upgrades. And the Farmer's Society quest is not such a help for this event without them!

Yes, the basket/giver is a shameless money grab. Also, too many quests, drops, crops, neighbor gifts and mill items for this event, but that's also something you have heard before and chosen to ignore. It's nice that the event uses the event playfield, there needs to be more of that, but when there are two relatively long growing crops on that tiny field and almost no buffs allowed it makes it nearly impossible to grow them in the amounts required for both the event and quest, particularly when the crops are needed both for mill items and to turn in for a quest and an event interface. On top of that, the event requires everything and the kitchen sink from the rest of my farm including brand new tree crops that are already in short supply. And all that for prizes and cloud row that are very derivative of other overcomplicated and ubiquitous events. Another Snoozer Loser in my book.

Too much going on for 1 small field, only way to get enough is to take the bribe offered by BP in buying the largest basket to recieve a +1 event crop bonus which looks like only way to get enough crops.
Yet again 3 drops but we can only gift 1 to our neighbours, I give in asking to be able donate all drops as one....I can see another money making scheme coming from BP if we want to donate all drops.
Only thankful thing is that we do normal farming to get the drops, but Im even loosing what I need to do FSQs as been so long in completing one as Im loosing interest

Agree with all above. Terrible event - which is becoming more the norm than the occasional. Getting tired of events that can't be completed unless you spend money.

Ohmeegurd, we win a 100% harvest buff (Diamond slot ) at the end of this?!?!? We don't want these as buff slots, period. This game is getting greedy and nothing for the players! What's going on here? This game is getting weirdo on us and way too much money is required for a " Free to play" game now. Wowo_O

I am suspicious that there is a hidden agenda here. New game, get rid of old reliable and popular game? Is it just me? :wuerg:

I hope I am wrong cos one thing that keeps me here is that I love this game and all my neighbours and buddies. :)

Like using the event field for the event and being able to do catch-up regular farming.
As usual though, requirements are out there unless i pay my way through the event with real money. NOT happening until BP offers items that are worth my money.
I believe BP is squeezing us out of this game.....as illy has suggested.

The cloud row should be attainable for all. Unfortunately as I work that is not the case for me. Fortunately for me your greed has saved my bank account as there is no way I can get what I want so I’m just plodding - your loss.

I was going to add my 25 cents worth, but everyone else has done well in covering the bases!! So I'll just quote Chloe3456:

I gave up on caring about events a long time ago, so the above complaints don't affect me personally, but as a matter of principle they really ruffle my feathers, because that is not any way to run a company if you intend to keep your customers happy.

That said, I've enjoyed the chance to get a few extra GBs via the quest. Just a shame the drops aren't coming as well as one might hope. I won't finish the quest because of the drop rate.

Ahhhh good...I thought it was only me that was once again disappointed, There are so so many points of this game that has become the new BP. Its 2am and figured let me jump on because I mistakenly planted one type of item on the ONE field we were given. Lets not get started on the amount of time it takes to grow each grop. Like my friend and neighbor TC...I will not finish this event. OHHHH the shame BP in the pancake...I refused to pay for that...that was the line in the sand for me...
I dont know...maybe the new BP should consult the Old BP and maybe asked for some advice...just sayin-.-:(:(>:(

Another terrible event with no chance of finishing it especially if you already have a job. BP really needs to start listening to the players as they are the people who keep BP working - you know - the people who pay to play the game. Less & less people are going to pay to finish every event especially for a game that is supposed to be fun but isn't now. This past week I have lost 2 long time players - one was level 120 & the other 150 - guess they got really tired of this "game".

I finished the event and was very disappointed in the rewards , especially the pitifull amounts of ep and ccs at the latter levels.
