Message Banners Flying Over Farms

    During this recent event (Fly By Night) BP has made a change to how the game plays. Since this is not the 1st time an ongoing event has been changed that affects the way a player might play the event (drop rate, requirements, etc.) I think that there should be a message banner that flies over everyone's farm to make them aware of it.

    It could fly over with a button for the player to click stating that they no longer have to see this notice during the game play or that they have read the notice. If it just flew over once some players might not notice it.

    Not everyone reads the forum and even those that do may not read it every time they log in.

    It would be nice to no when a change is made during an event so that the players can change their game strategy in order to complete it.
