Message limit?

Hi -- Support has emailed me and my inbox is now receiving messages (see my thread, Someone with the same name... in Technical Issues).

I received and replied to many 'test' messages this morning. And just now, I've starting sending messages to my neighbours to let know that if they had messaged me in the past, I had not received it -- and explained why. I didn't want them thinking I had been rude not replying if they had messaged me previously within the game.

On my last neighbour on the list, I got a pop up telling me, "you cannot send more messages -- please wait until you can send messages again." Or could it be there is a problem with that one neighbour?

Just wondering -- is there a daily limit on how many messages you can send out? Would hate to not reply to anyone messaging me today -- a lot of people are testing it, and I don't want them thinking it's not working.

No, there is not a daily limit of how many messages you can send out. However, the system does prevent you from sending large amounts of messages in a very short period of time to prevent spamming other players. You will be able to resume sending messages if you wait a few minutes.
