Messages... Owls not coming through

    I can not receive messages. I live in the US and play with my brother in Germany he get's the Owls I send him but I never receive his answers. My mentor is the best but I never get an answer to my Owls from him either. To make sure he does in fact receive mine I ran a test asking him if he get my Owl to please send a small gift. I did receive the gift but not the owl. I have received one Owl and that was from the "system" letting me know someone was leaving our mentoring group and I could ask them to be my neighbor. I asked the person and they accepted my request but I never received an answer to my note. Other then then one Owl from the 'system' I have received none. Could someone please help. I'm not sure if this is even the right place to get help.

    This happens when there is a very very old inactive account with the same username as yours. Please be so kind and contact Support as soon as possible to resolve this issue - since Gift & Trade starts today, it would be a shame for your gifts to get lost and be delivered to the wrong destination farm instead.

    Is there anything else we could assist you with?

    Thank you for your help. I just joined around 2 July. I am still trying to find my way around. Could you please guide me to Tec Support. I can not find it, that is why after many days I opened this feed. Thank You
