Metronome/Clam Solo I

    Hello, I received and placed the Clam Solo I deco item on my rainforest, the first day of the Sea Symphony quest, immediately after I received it.

    I have harvested it regularly since then, at least a few to several times, and now when I look in my inventory I have only 1 metronome. I may have used one only for the first quest line. It seems that I should have more of them, so I am confused. Am I doing something wrong, are they not harvesting correctly from the deco item, or have some metros disappeared.

    Can somebody help my to understand?

    Hello Sabelyna,

    I cannot tell how many times you have harvested the Deco. I can confirm you donated 1 to the First Quest and you have 1 in inventory. I tested the deco and there are no problems with the drop item. If you feel there are Metronomes missing, you will need to contact Support.

    I have harvested this deco item more than three times, so definitely there are some Metronomes missing. The harvest I just did a short while ago was good, as I got the drop item as expected. Thank you for confirming my count and testing the deco item for me. Also, for moving my post to the appropriate are - I have contacted support about my issue.
