Mice issues

Hi, I have checked out official announcements, technical announcements, and all other post threads under technical issues, but I couldn't figure out why it was happening, except it may or may not be related to the new cat stall I installed just today. I'll give you as many details as I can so to help you figure the problem out.
I have two mouse stalls, and when I ran out of mouse feed, I went to the mill, but couldn't find it. I double checked and triple checked, but there was no mouse feed there. I couldn't make any feed for my mice....
Furthermore, I also checked the animal shop, the market, and the quests. There was nothing related to mice there. However, I did find out that I have nine mice in my barn and I can breed them still. Is Farmerama throwing out mice and adding cats? If so, what should I do with the nine mice and two mice stalls I have? I can't return the two stalls for money, so I can only discard it from my field and leave it lying in my inventory. Also, I can't sell the nine mice because they wouldn't sell. Breeding them is worthless, too because the most benefits that comes from them are making more advanced stalls or using them to fulfill quests.

So in short, I have two questions: why is the problems with mice happening? And, if mice are to be thrown out of the game, what should I do with the stalls and mice I currently hold?

As was announced in the balance changes for the new tutorial, mice changed the required playing level to be 34. That means you will no longer to be able to produce feed until you reach that level. You can either return them to your inventory for later use or you can choose to feed them with power feed.
