Midnight Oak tree

Currently, the Spooky School Nights mission requires the Midnight Oak tree, but there doesn’t seem to be any way to obtain it. So, it’s impossible to complete the mission for those who didn't had one from the past events, right? Please correct me if I’m wrong.

Also I never got the "Preparing for school" item...

The only way to get a Midnight Oak tree is through Gift and Trade. You are correct, if you don't have the fruit, you will not be able to complete the quest.

The base item Preparing for School is booked to accounts that log in during the time the event is live. You will find it in your deco inventory.

Thank you so much! I found the item — I had placed it on a field earlier without realizing it.
I have one more question regarding market prices. I’ve already unlocked level 6 with Stars on the Tree, which allows me to sell products for up to 100% above the base price. Is there any other way to further increase the selling price?
I’m asking because my maximum selling price for a Snakebark Maple flower is around 62,000, but I noticed someone listing it for 63,000. Do they perhaps have an additional upgrade unlocked, or could this be a visual glitch? Should I try relogging to see the correct price?

 

I'm glad you found the giver item.

That is the highest increase you can have for market sales. Market prices are dynamic and they can change approximately every 15 minutes depending on the market's activity. It is possible the fruit was selling higher previously and the seller listed it much earlier. Offers can stay in the market for 7 days so they must have listed it while prices were higher.
