mill problem, holiday flour

Can someone please check my mill production on holiday flour, yesterday i had flour and milled upto 1000 and made more sorghum to finish the holiday flour and today it only said i had 300 which i will have to plant more sorghum to complete the 2000 holiday flour part. I believe I am missing about 700 holiday flour.

I have checked your logs and you have finished the event, so could you please be so kind and let us know if this is still an issue? Have you been milling a lot of extra Holiday Flour for having it converted after the event ends?

I would like to mention that the flour appears in the inventory unit by unit, as soon as it is ready, so you may mill 1000 at a time, but as soon as 1 is ready, you can donate it to the event (same thing stands for animal feed as well) , so you could have donated the feed by the time you have checked the amount. I apologise if this is not the case. ​

 

I haven't even donated anything yet, I looked in the event facts and found out how many I needed to finish the event and tried to mill that many which was 2000. So all the extra that I have milled from 1000 to 2000 is not showing up. So I am guessing that 1000 is the maximum you can have in your inventory at any one time and the extra that I have milled is lost amounts from my inventory. And that includes the products it took to mill them like the wheat,sorghum, and oats.

I just tried 1 more and it is showing 1001, but still missing the extra wheat, sorghum and oats used to make up the rest.

You have milled 1079 units, and this is the amount you have in the barn as well. There is no log for the crops though, so we are not able to see how many crops you had, you harvested, etc The only amounts we see are the ones from the mill. If you can figure out from the logs when you have milled more holiday flour, and how much, please contact our Customer Care Team by filling in this form, and hopefully they will be able to assist you further.​
