    There was not 100% EP from the park. Why?
    Intrepideur advised I had posted in the wrong area yesterday. Can you please advise why I did not get my Extra EP from the Park?

    @Scarlett
    Firstly, you have to have purchased Barnyard Bills, Premium advantages, Monthly harvester subscription, starting packages or event baskets in order to be given the 100% EP bonus. These must be purchased during the Mega EP event. Past purchases will not afford you the bonus. If you have not made any purchases, you will not receive the bonus (I am not sure whether you have or not).
    Secondly, if you have made purchases and should be receiving the bonus, it will not apply to pantry items or neighbour bonuses.

    Yes, I did make the purchase & it is showing I have the 100% EP. However I received the extra EP for my stables and crops, but not the Park decos.

    Hello Scarlett, :oops:

    I have checked your account yesterday to see if the buff was added correctly for the purchase you have made, and it was working correctly. I have checked it again, and your new 100% EP buff is working correctly on your Park as well. Is there any item in particular for which you feel you are not getting the correct EP amount? ​

    Yes, the current buff (the 2nd one) is working correctly in all areas including the park except for the Jack-o-lantern (still only getting 30EP)However the purchase I made Dec 27, 2014 15:53:32 PST showed the 100% EP was there but did not give me the 100% in the park.

    Hello Scarlett, :(

    I am sorry, but as mentioned previously, I have checked your account and it was working fine. Checking the history, I have looked at 11:27 am CET, when Intre asked us if you have purchased BBs and you have the Mega EP buff active.

    Also, Jack-o-Lantern is also working fine; normally the item gives 15 EP, so 30 is the right doubled amount.
