Feedback Mini Events: May 2017

Yesterday I logged in and saw a Baby Boom notice on my opening news feed. Rushed to start breeding. Used up all my PF (over 200 units) and two pheromones for each plus a pink jelly to finish quickly as it was a short Baby Boom. Went back less than an hour later to harvest only to find the Baby Boom wasn't active! I stopped playing events for a while after investing RL funds only to not finish many events due to completing enough to get all givers but not cloud rows. It's things like this that really sour me on the game. Have now wasted a ton of PF and pheromones only to have to wait until tomorrow to get the benefits of the Baby Boom. I'm done. Won't be renewing my subscriptions or paying into the game. Too many mistakes like this, low drops on drop and mill events make events too frustrating and not fun.

 

Farm-Coin-A-Palooza-Days ends on Friday, May 26 at 14:00 CEST (UTC+2), 4 hours before the second Baby Boom begins at 18:00 CEST (UTC+2) the same day.

Unless you think it's worth sacrificing the benefits of Baby Boom for a chance at one measly Farm Coin per breeding process (lol please), you didn't miss out on anything.

 

I think one Farm Coin ought to be rewarded for each breeding regardless of it being during the Baby Boom or not. Please consider this strategy for future breeding, Baby Booms and breeding events

 

I'm really cross with BP for their meanness in giving us the chance to win farm coins, in the hours BBD is not on.

So much for a fun game.

 

You both said it. It is like making a fool of the players. To get farm coins, we have to waste power feeds and forego the Baby boom. Not at all right. Excuse me for using harsh words, but it looks like cheating.

 

Yet the example in the FAQ's show the coin rewards alongside baby boom rewards?????

i am trying to find me some power feed but cant do the coins event as thats to many events back to back for powerfeed. all for animals and speaking of that my market is sooooo low on manure that you can get it for .60 atm... by this weekend we wont be able to go any lower.. when will we have a event that use that???? its not worth placing it in AH but at same time its being wasted by not adding to AH.

im sorry but animals events back to back with no crop event is not very good...i also feel like the coin event should NOT even be a event... i mean 1 coin per breeding??? really?? you call that a event??? from what i saw in the shop to get prizes or even good one you need 1000 or more coins.. that will take me all year to do (or longer).. and prizes change?? wow thats even worst... im sorry but this weekend of events is not good at all... i sure hope this never happens again like this... events would be fun and lovely as they always are... but like this??? no.... NOT AT ALL FUN

 

I am insulted by the addition of the coins when a baby boom is not present. I value breeding animals more highly than coins so will not breed outside of baby boom as is my usual. I have no problems with BP making some money, which is why I choose to buy powerfeed during baby boom. I will, however, not be made a fool of by some money grabbing exercise. Not impressed BP.

 

This strategy is pure blackmail. Why would you, BP, force us to breed outside of babyboom. You already push us too far with all these breeding nonsense... and now this...

Totally unfair.

 

Silly me; thinking that the 2nd Baby Boom would include the farm coins too.

 

Regarding the Jackpot Item Collection Sale:

I think this mini-event is a great idea, but the items are too expensive. Maybe you can think of a way they can be won in the game or just allow that they can be traded during G&T

 

I agree with you Nicorette that would be awesome I wish they would give us a heads up a lot sooner so we could save money for these things if they wont allow us to win them again or trade them at G&T I'm on a fixed income and it makes it hard when they have these things at the end of the month when a lot of ppl get money after the 1st of the month at least if they let us know "hey this is going to happen and when " we could try and put a little back for it at the end of the month

 

Baby boom used to be my favorite....but the skips have become soooo bad - and sometimes not at all.....that I am done. For the most part I'll just grow or buy my animals from now on.
