    Hi
    Since today morning carnival queen mini game is getting stuck so badly I'm hardly able to collect any prizes I have tried all the trouble shooting steps cleared cache, cookies, different browser. set storage limit to unlimited but nothing is working
    When my sister tried from the same browser and computer she was able to access game and play from her account very normally. So it seems like problem is just in my account.
    I hope you can find a solution for me

    Can you try another browser. Can you close all other tabs and play the Carnival Queen.
