Missing 1st week of Summer Giveaway

    Hi,

    i opened the first day giveaway and was rewarded right away. The 2nd day giveaway was rewarded on 2nd day. To my astonishment, on the 3rd day when I was rewarded the 3rd giveaway I noticed that coconut of the first day is not open anymore while the reward was already issued. I clicked again but it remained unopened and tooltip that displayed the message 'Sorry! It's too late to open this coconut...' I checked forum and I saw thread regarding issues about start of Summer giveaway. At that moment, I knew Farmerama Dev team would have taken care of issue promptly and apparently I was right and issue was resolved. But first coconut stayed there unopened until now. Now, it is the end of week and I'm not able to collect 1st week giveaway (24 h 100% EP bonus).

    Would you please check my account and find out what had happened on first 3 days and why 1st day coconut is closed while the reward was issued and it is in my inventory?

    Your logs show the giveaway was not visited in the first day, despite logging into the game in the evening, when the giveaway was already available. The first coconut was not bugged, only the second one, between midnight and approximately 9:30 AM, so only the 2nd day coconut was fixed. Please be so kind and contact Support to discuss this matter further. I wish you the best of luck with your inquiry.

    I am 100% positive that I didn't miss first coconut at the first day and any other days. There are other threads regarding Summer giveaway on the same issue. But never mind. This things happen. I just wanted to report the issue. Thanks anyway. End of thread.
