Missing 4 giver items

April 2018 magic stalk purchased. It contains the cloud row but the 4 giver items were not included. in the Spring Festival Magic Stalk Pack. This happened in userid 51376163 and 51324945. Stalk is opened up but giver items are missing. Have refreshed browser and still missing although purchase said I was credited with same.

On both accounts, all 4 EP givers are in your inventory. The row is a not a themed row so you can choose to place the givers that came with the row or your can select other givers to place there.

For themed rows, you would normally see a grayed out image of the giver that is required to go there (look at the current Ingrid row to compare). For unthemed rows, you will just see clouds and when you click on the cloud, your inventory will open up and show you all that fit that size cloud and can be placed there. You can either scroll until you find the givers that come with the row or type in their name in the search box.

Sorry I could not pull them up in the cloud row but then could pull them up on other fields. Went back to cloud row and they are there. Thanks for the assist
