missing Acai palm

    I opened statues for Acai palm, persimmon and mate' trees, then purchased them at the market for CC's my acai tree was in my inventory yesterday today it is missing, I planted persimmon and Mate' today no acai palm to plant :( please find it ID#29800147, thank you so much

    I posted yesterday about my acai palm, still no reply and no Acai palm, so decided to buy another one. Hopefully you will find the original one I purchased a few days ago for 36000 CC. Just to let you know after I bought the 2nd one a few minutes ago, I had to refresh before it appeared in my inventory, I also did that with my first purchase it was in my inventory, but when I wanted to plant it along with persimmon and Mate it was gone.     Hi babasfarm, I'm not a mod, but I thought I'd ask; is it possible you already have it out on your Baha fields? I know it sounds like a silly question, but I've planted trees and forgotten I did it, then couldn't find them when I went to my inventory:pxD. Hope you find your trees!

    no I did not have it planted, but I did purchase a second one and planted it the next day, I can't believe no one from tech has not responded. I am not expecting a response any longer, after all its been days. I don't understand why. thank you spotsbox for your caring appreciate it. I was only missing the Acai Palm the persimmin and mate were there. Fortunately I only lost 36000 CC the cost of the Acai. could of been worse. I'm sure the game gurus don't care. have a nice day and thanks again for your input

    I apologise for the late reply. The volunteer 'game gurus' do care more than you can imagine, but it's hard to investigate farm issues while being freshly out of a surgery :( .

    I have checked your logs and you have only purchased one Acai tree, on 2015-09-28 03:50:39 CEST. Two days before that you purchased one Mate at 2015-09-26 18:22:26 CEST and one Persimmon at 2015-09-26 18:21:30 CEST, but you have not been charged for any other Acai trees.

    Is there anything else I could assist you with?

    thank you for the reply. Am sorry to hear you had surgery, hope all is well. As far a I remember I bought the Acai Palm first then opened statue for persimmon and mate. Anyway thank you very much for looking into this matter. I might be confused, you may close no further info required. Leaving some home made fudge. enjoy.
