    Hi, I have bought the albino vampire pet from the renzo shop but can not find it when trying to place it in my park.

    The egg is in your deco inventory. When there is a lot in your inventory, sometimes it is easier if you type the name in the search box.

    May I assist you further?

    I have tried typing in the search box but it does not show up.
    I have tried placing in all 3 deco areas and have tried logging out and back in again but is still not there.

    I was able to find it when I typed in any of the following: vampire, egg, or albino.

    If you need assistance placing it, let us know and we'll kindly put it where you want:)

    In case you are trying to place it with the builder: That doesn't work for pets, you need to place it manually.

    Yes I was trying to place it using the builder. Have now placed the pet in my park.
