missing almond trees

    Yesterday, as soon as I reached level 70 I bought 5 almond trees and 5 XL trees. I paid them, but U cannot find them anywhere. Please, advise what to do.

    @starakoka the Mods need your USER ID: NUMBER to check your farm. You'll find it on the bottom frame of your farm screen. Good Luck!

    You purchased an Almond tree on 2017-12-22 09:38:51. This tree is placed on your Magical Glade. There were no transactions previously for any almond trees or upgrades. Is it possible the transaction was unsuccessful?

    Transaction was not unsuccessful. I bougth five of each tree, the sum was deducted from my coins, and as soon as I closed the transaction, the game just stopped and I got the screen "go back to the game" (or whatever), and when I re-signed in the game, I had less coins (for the price of trees) and no trees.
