Solved Missing Baha Items/Goods Access

Hello lovely Farmers,

As some of you have noticed, an inconvenient visual glitch keeps returning on Bahamarama: The Temple is locked, back to chamber 1, you cannot place stables or trees on the island, and you cannot see these tropical goods on the market. This appears to be a server caching error, and at the moment the only solution we have is to clear the server cache when this occurs.

Therefore, we need your cooperation and support.

Please be so kind and post a screenshot of this matter as soon as it occurs, in this thread, showing any of the above symptoms. Please also add your user ID to the post. As soon as the server cache is cleared for your ID, I will let you know.

We know it is not the most ideal situation, but I am afraid is the only one at the moment.

Just for clarification, you need a screen shot of every instance?

A picture of each market category? A picture of each inventory item (crops, trees, and animals) that is blocked off? And a picture of the temple?

Potentially, that will be more than 10 photos.
Market: crops, trees, animals, feed, products, crafting/artisan products
Shop: crops, trees, animals
Inventory: crops, trees, animals
Baha temple

Is there one photo that will be sufficient as you already know that the cache error is on the server side and that it impacts all tropcial areas?

Just want to know what I need to do before I post asking for assistance if/when this occurs again.

 

Hi! I have cleared all the cache and browser stuff and still no lights on in temple or ability to place parrot cages.

I think the problem is more widespread than you suspect. Many of us have given up on reporting the problem as the response is still the same. "Clear cache..." which does not really do anything except give the system the time it needs. The symptoms all stem from the temple showing that nothing is opened no matter how much you have opened. If you are not deleting anything on Baha, it still lets you plant crops but not place trees/pens/workshops. Most farmers only notice the missing Baha stuff in the market. I will now start to report the issues again.

 

I have the first part of Shipwreck Bay opened but I'm still working on the quests "Shipwreck Bay, I and II". My Baha temple is all locked (you've seen it many times) and this is what my Harbor looks like.



I'm sure that if I look in the market, Baha animals will be missing.

 

I'm not too sure if my problem is/was related but it sounds like it is/was.

Last week I was away for a few days and stayed with my brother, and used his computer to do my farming. During those 3 days the exact same things happened on Baha as have been explained (missing market, locked harbor, not able to place pens/trees..). Of course I thought his cache needed clearing but didn't want play around with his computer so just left it as it was. When I got home everything on Baha was normal and luckily I haven't experienced any problem since.

I thought it was a bit strange; same account just a different computer in another part of the country.

Hi there. Same problem here. I'm a little unclear about the cache needing to be cleared. That's something you have to do? I've tried some of the clearing on my end, but no good yet. Here's a cute screenshot.

Ah, I did a full cache clearing and it seems to have fixed the problem.

sdhoneybear - we are not sure clearing cache (browser and Flash) on your end, as well as clearing the server cache on our end seems to do the trick most of the times.

Oh my parrots are so happy to have some food! Thank you Teddy Bear! I will let you know when I have enough banana's to do the next unlock in the temple and hopefully you can unlock it for me then.

teddy - The problem still exists on both farms. Whatever you did on your end did not work for me

 

I have re-checked your accounts, both of them, and they both show all the Baha items I have cleared the server cache again, so you might want to do it on your end too I'm really sorry puppiesnponies.

As bad as this will sound, I hope that one of you will experience this very soon - when it happens, please post a screenshot as soon as possible, and let us know the browser version you are using and the Flash Player version as well. Please do not take any steps to troubleshoot it, do not refresh or logout, I will forward it to the game team right away to have your account checked because so far they could not reproduce this on any of your accounts.
