    I've bought one of the Giant Bug Hotel baskets and received confirmation with a transaction number:

    Congratulations!
    Transaction successfully completed!

    These items were succesfully credited to your game account:
    Giant Bug Hotel Basket
    £14.39

    But no seeds/pancake have arrived.

    Can you advise??

    Please refresh your browser and see if the seeds and pancake are now showing. Your logs show that 200 seeds were credited for both crops and the fruity pancake too.
