Missing BB`s and 100% EP Bonus

    I purchased Bb`s thru the Bank for the amount of $25.09 . The transaction went thru and I`ve got notification via E`Mail about the charge . Payment was sent to -edit-

    If you log right off then log back in again it should be applied if it hasn't already ... Not a mod just trying to help out with what I've had to do in the past

    As igotfrogs suggested, have you tried logging out then back in to see if they have arrived?

    If you log in to bigpoint directly you can contact the Payment Support through the Bank. If you log in through a third party, you will need to contact their Payment Support.

    Sorry to butt in here but I have the same problem. Money to buy BB's has been taken from my paypal and I have received an email from BP confirming the receipt of payment but I have no BB's showing in the game.
    I have contacted payment support, got a ticket and wait for the result. Annoying as I had hoped to buy some trees and enjoy 100% extra EP !

    I just made a purchase thru PayPal and the timer did not show up. I also logged out and logged back in. No timer still. I'm confident it will be fixed. Just hope it's soon. Thanks.

    I`ve relogged after the fix was announced and it is still unresolved . I`m waiting on my ticket to support to see if that helps .

    I`ve heard back from Support and they say it has been resolved and the Ticket has been closed .
    I have yet to get credited the 2518 BB`s I purchased for $25.09 . I used the sliding bar in the Bank for the purchase .
    The 100% EP hasn`t been credited either . I`m at a loss as to what needs to be done now .
