Missing BB's/points

Once - and again, again, again - I - as so many others - have been cheated of my EARNED BB's.
Yes, of course....the cinema....which is becoming a colossal waste of time!! This is especially true during a BBD event, when time IS money (cc's).

I just spent time filling out the 'survey', which normally gives 30 points (1 1/2 BB's) when completed.
*A fair payment for our time spent.*
But this time - NOTHING - not one itsy bitsy teeny weeny tiny little point...not one! Do I feel cheated of my 'wages'?? You bet I do.....because it has become more of a 'standard operating procedure' nowadays!
Yesterday I was allowed only ONE BB. Many days NONE at all. Enough is enough. This is a 'last straw', and since I have earned it, would you please replace the missing BBs. ?

It is past time to either have it FIXED, or take it away from whoever is so poorly in charge. ......Or find another way for us to earn those needed BB's.
