missing bb's

    I am in a panic. Earlier I had like 32 or 34 bb's and now I just finished watching "today's ads and I only had 22 bb's:eek::eek: After today's it added 4 making it a total of 26. But somewhere along the way I have lost 10 to 12 bb's. Please check.

    You are indeed missing 14 BBs, which were 7 gifts you have sent - but this seems to be a mistake, because free gifts have not been sent before - therefore, there was no reason for you to be charged. Please be so kind and contact our Customer Care Team to get your BBs back - no need to panic, everything will be resolved easily :) .
