missing BB's

    I purchased two 150 packs of BB's in the bank. It said +20% like it used to say +33% but I only got 300 BB's. ID 28811415 Thank you

    I think you've misunderstood what the offer means. The +20% or +33% means how many more BBs you get when compared to a standard pack. The amount shown in the bank is the amount you get, unless you also have a payment method that rewards you with more.

    I don't know maybe payment method but if it is I'm using the same payment method and I only got 300 total. I did nothing different. I've never gotten just 300.
