    Hi - Just bought 50 holiday present boxes in seasonal supplies and got nothing for my BBs. This has happened before with supergrow from supply store but assumed was a one off. Obviously not! My id is 51591115. Cheers m'dears xx

    I have checked your logs and you have purchased 50 Santa Hats, not Holiday presents. We cannot fix this for you, but you should contact our Customer Care Service and hopefully have the Hats magically turned into Presents. :)

    I'm not sure about the super grow issue, but if you give us more details, I'll be happy to solve that mystery as well.

    You are most welcome, betty127 :) I don't think you should learn the lesson the hard way :p Give it a try, one e-mail can fix the problem. As for the supergrow - please always tell us when you feel something went wrong, we're happy to check it out for you.
