Missing Breeding Items

I harvested my breeding pen this afternoon, and I did not get the pop-up telling me how many animals I got. I checked my barn and still had the 2 Wooly-Snout Cuckoo's I received from before going to bed, as well as the appropriate amount of regular cuckoos including the ones from this mornings harvest. Please help.
