missing CAC

I am now missing CAC, and it looks like some other items as well.

What other items are you missing? Where did the CAC come from and when?​

 

I got them as a reward for completing a quest or event. I just went back and looked at my farmer society quests/events and cannot find it anywhere, so it must have been the last event.

Thank you for letting us know. I have checked the quests you have completed in the last month and none of them gave CACs as reward. The previous event, Carnival Tropicale, had no CAC as reward either - which is unusual and probably caused the confusion.

You got 5 CACs from the Valentine's Day event on 2015-02-16 at 00:18:34 CET which were used on the 23rd and 26th of February:
23.02.2015, 17:44:14 CET use CarrotAppleChutney -4
26.02.2015, 16:49:39 CET use CarrotAppleChutney -1

And you have bought one 5 hours ago, which is in your inventory:
03.03.2015, 18:23:26 CET buyMarket CarrotAppleChutney +1

No CACs were gifted to your account, or bought after winning the ones in the Valentine's event.

I did have 2 CAC, but I cannot remember where I got them from, so there is not going to be a way to track it down.

 

I'll save a copy of all your logs to make sure I can verify that you are not missing anything . You did not get them from anywhere I am afraid I'm sorry - I have checked all the possible places where they could have been from. I know you don't trust the logs, but if there would be an error in them, it would be noticeable by all the other teams as well. There are communities a lot bigger than ours, and none of them have any problems. The logs are fine, nothing is missing, and most of the times we can prove that, there are only some things that we are unable to check - but hopefully a feature for them will be implemented soon.

Not sure whether to start a new thread or not, but I just completed a flower pot, the basic product from the florist shop and though it showed it as complete, it actually said "and you know have 0 in your inventory" (or whatever the wording). I thought that might be because it was a base product, but when I clicked on the valentine's pot to check, it was red, meaning, of course, that I have none. If this issue is not widespread, then it must be something with my computer. Last time, the items did show up the next time. I produced 1 and the extras were suddenly there in my inventory (but not before I produced more the next day).

Apparently these issues are just impacting me, not wider, so I won't keep posting unless something changes.

I have checked your logs and last night you have made a flower pot and a valentine pot - but in the other order: Before the time of your post, you have successfully made a valentine pot. After that, a flower pot was crafted, which is in your account. The "0" message is a known glitch that appears if you check the artisan building during the production. For example, if you start producing 5 CACs, and you open the confectionery after 4 of them are ready and you are crafting the last one, your message will say you have successfully made 1 CAC, instead of 5.

There might be some delay / lag that makes the items not show instantly on your account - it would be great to double check if you have the latest Flash player installed, and clear your browser and Flash cache. I have cleared your cache server side as well.
