missing cake parts for me as well

I try to build a cake and it and its missing a part. The first time was the bottom of the cake completely the last one so far was just the top and this is after clearing my catch and all of that good stuff. I am pretty sure I did not double click any thing on either one since it had no bottom what so ever on the first one and has not top what so ever on this one.
I even have a screen shot of the second one I was trying to do the first one to but it dispersed before I could do it. I seen some one else had this issue also but I guess me and them is the only 2 have had this problem thus far. Please fix this as soon as possible. I guess the freaking cake fairy is eating only my and one other random players cake parts. Dang fairy no means no. So fairy freaking no already.........

Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and also clearing the Flash cache to see if that resolves the issue. If you would like me to also clear your server cache, I will need your ID#.

Well first i have done all that as stated before. And still got the second one wrong becuase the missing part. Then I was trying save that picture on my computer it went bye bye. Then I had the bottom completely missing once again So I took a picture of it before turn in and after turn in just to show it was missing on both. I would have the cake right if it wasn't for that fact and would have gotten a better reward. Clearing the catch and all that stuff will not help me get the reward I should have gotten. I could give you my id# but once you clear my catch it will not be in your systems any more. I do think its rather odd that I not the only person this happened to. I mean I can prove with pics that if it wasn't for the missing peace I would have gotten the better reward so what now. I am out of the better reward for this now ill regardless becuase the reward fairy is out to get only certain accounts rewards and hide them from the earners. Some one needs a fairy control.

 

It has also happened to me here and on my baby farm. Things just happen sometime with your dealing with electronics, that's computer life. You also can not be so sure you would have liked the other reward better then the one you got. I wasn't even going to say anything but I just wanted you to know it is also happening to others. ok first of all thank you FamilyFarmNorth you did help a little. But the point is if that I missing part completely I even have a picture that it wasn't even there at all it totally skipped it I would have gotten a different reward it would not matter If i liked it or not it would have been better then what I had gotten since the peace was missing. And future more you are high jacking my post. Please do not this again in the future. And I am pretty sure support will not do any thing even with the proof of a picture. I will try though and at lease you helped me. And at lease you listed and understood what I was trying to say.

 

My apologies I didn't realize this was not an open form. I just wanted to share with you that, one time I received 1xCAC even though I had a part missing. Thank you for letting me know about 'high jacking' I did not know.

 

We have forwarded this issue to the Game Team, but do not know if there will be any resolution before the event ends. Have you tried using a different browser to see if the mini game works properly?
