Missing cargo...

I have just retrieved a cargo from the train, have gone to place it onto my farm, and it is missing from my inventory.

Will now not use train until rectified... Not happy on 2 counts!

Can someone please look into this issue, I know from experience if I use the train again, I will probably get a mixed log report, and nothing will be found.

You have sent off a total of 3 cargoes, the last one arriving at 2016-11-26 11:30:25. All 3 have been placed and harvested the last at 2016-11-26 16:02:39 and was a Beaver Dam II: Orange. Did you send a cargo off more than once today?

Yes, and I harvested it 5 minutes before I posted this thread.
I had kept the game running in the background, clicked over to it at 3.00pm my time, harvested the cargo, and it then vanished.

Edit: I went to the town, the train was flashing, I clicked, train came into station, I clicked, and had the pop up stating that it had gone into my inventory, checked inventory, to place stable, definitely not there.
I have probably screwed up the log, as I have just had another come in, which refreshed my memory!

If you could tell me what stables I have used for each transaction, as I know which ones I used for the missing cargo.

That has actually made this even more confusing, as I have never had a red goat pen, and if I had have I wouldn't have used it, as I dont use anything that I have less of two of! I have just checked my inventory, and the highest goat that I have is an orange.

In fact, none of these logs look right, as I havent been using stable upgrades, just basic special pens, like frog and stork,

For the missing one, it was a neon horse and a crow roost

I am now even more confused.

 

It seems the logs have changed from what I posted earlier. As I am unable to verify this, please contact Support so they can assist with this matter.

So I am not going crazy, these are not my logs.
In fact I can definitively state that these are 100% not my logs, I have not used stables such as those, and not even the times match up!
I don't understand as to why you can not verify this, I KNOW it is possible. (and that is not me shouting, I just need to point something out, without drawing attention, perhaps speak to TEDDY)
I also do not understand how you can show logs, that do not belong to me, to try and prove your case, I am missing stables, and have nothing to show for them.
I am not losing my temper, but I do not understand how it cannot be rectified, and shunting me to support, is useless, as everyone knows.

 

I am sorry for the confusion. It was probably my mistake with the logs, I probably copied the ID# incorrectly.
