Missing Cauldrens

I tried to purchase 14 cauldrons when I went to go mill them it shows 0. I refreshed and I was charged double for them but they still are not showing. Please help there is only 4 hours left of the game!!

I see that the site is now down and saying there is a short break and will be back online....

They need to extend the event then as I have been trying to get the cauldrens and post for almost an hour now already.

2nd edit: The game is now back online but I am still missing my 14 cauldrons that I was double charged for!!

7 Kitty cauldrons were purchased at 9:42 CET. Another 7 cauldrons were purchased at 9:43 CET.

Production of 2 Brain Juice began at 10:31 CET.

yes!! I have not received my cauldrons I purchased still. I was double charged for the cauldrens as I had 83 BBs and now I only have 27 which means I was charged 56 BBs for 14 cauldrens. they are only 2 bbs a pc that means I should have been charged 28 BBs. I only purchased one set not 2 sets. (28 + 28 +56) I would like my BBs refunded for the extra set that I did not purchase or receive.
Also the 2 brain juices that I started milling came from my harvest of crops and magic trees not from the purchase otherwise I would have made 7 juices(14 cauldrons ) not 2 which is only 4 cauldrens and I would have had 10 left over if I had gotten the 14.. I have 0 left over.......


EDIT: I have not received my cauldrens yet and I am going to harvest my crop.
depending on how many cauldrens I receive will determine how many juice I will mill. the time is 11:45 your time...

2nd EDIT: I received only 1 cauldron from my harvest

3rd EDIT I see the announcement that BBs spent during that time frame that I purchased my cauldrens will be returned. Will this be the 56BB's and when will they be returned?? will it be in enough time to mill my juices to finish the game?? or am I going to have to purchase more BBs in order to buy cauldrens to be able to finish in time????

All BBs spent at that time will be returned. I don't understand why you would think it would only be a partial refund When we receive information about the refund sync an annoncement will be made.

No everything is fine, I have all my BB's and finished the event.
As a side note I was trying to help Hi Ho out by posting to make aware of and direct to the in game event timer (which I thought we were suppose to follow) showed that BOTH the regular MM and the Moonlight Magic Event were extended not just the regular MM. At that time and still now I only see where the regular MM was updated with the correct extended time. the announcement for the Magic Event in the events section was and still is not updated with the extended time change. I was not asking a question and pardon me if I am not allowed to post something helpful to someone regarding the question that was asked. I thought this was a community and that we should help each other when we can. I know others have done it but I will refrain from doing it in the future.
