missing chameleon

I harvested my first three (3) chameleons at approx. 6+ p.m., but only two (2) have shown up in inventory and also in the market totals. I've reloaded off and on many times since, but it still shows only two. I tried to report this soon after I had done what I could - but have not been able to access the forum till now.
Would you please restore my missing chameleon?

You have just gotten them, and you love them so much that you're already losing them ? Great job indeed if they're already camouflaging so well!

On a very serious note though, I apologise for this inconvenience, and I have captured the chameleon and send it back home. Also, I am sorry you are experiencing Forum issues too. Do you have any problems with the farm as well?

Yes, am having the same problems on the farm as so many others have posted on '..Chit Chat'!! Any ideas from the tech or other staff as to what might be causing what seems to be a widespread problem??

Final edit: I found it - in the chit chat section under "How many times have you refreshed?" (Whew)

Unfortunately, no idea yet about what is causing this at the moment. Can you please give us as many details as possible? (Operating system, internet provider, Flash version, browsers used, frequency of this occurring... )​

 

Thanks, teddy, but this isn't an individual computer problem - it is widespread. I'm sure that, sooner or later it will be resolved. Your help and concern are always so very welcomed!

I will go ahead and close the thread for now, but I would like to explain that we are aware it's not an individual computer problem, even though the accounts are loading fine on our end, and the reports are very random - a cause could not be found so far. However, I'm asking these details because there could be some combination in common, which could be the problem. For example, you could all be registered through the same partner. Or, you could all use the same internet service provider. Or, possibly version X of Flash with version Y of Z browser is causing the lag. Since there are forum issues too though, we will wait for the Team to let us know what other paths we can explore, and update you all later, hopefully.
