Missing chips from mach-o-meter

    This morning I had 887 chips and got 4 free tickets. I used 1 on the mach-o-meter and got 15 chips, making the total 902.

    Then I used the mach-o-meter again, got 28000+ points, but no pop-up showed up, and the total number of chips was still 902. The ticket is gone. I refreshed and logged in again. But no change.

    I used my two last tickets and got 20+15 chips, and my total is showing as 937.

    I would appreciate it if you could look into this for me. My ID is 49582283

    I have checked your logs and indeed for one of the rounds you did not receive points at all - they are now in your account, you can refresh the game.

    If you were trying to buy something from the Renzo shop and these points made the difference between getting it or not, please be so kind and contact Support as soon as possible and they will assist you with this matter.
