missing cloud row?

Hi!

I had to access the game via a borrowed mobile device that screwed up web pages (not a single page looked right) during a hotel stay this past week. During that time I bought the six harvest-limited deco items (including "Whack-a-Mole") that were on sale, but I couldn't find the cloud row in the sale list. I could have sworn the row showed up in my cloud, but now I can't find it anywhere. Was I supposed to buy it too (because it wasn't in the shop, as far as I could find, given the screwed-up interface I was forced to use because the hotel only gave out the wacky tablets, not the wi-fi password).

The givers were sold separately in their own individual packages and the cloud row was also its own separate purchase.

When cloud rows are on sale, you can see them in your rows but they will have a blue plus sign on them indicating they are for purchase and if not bought during the sale, they will disappear. The Cloud Row sale ended yesterday. If you have purchased it but not placed the givers on it yet, you will find it in your 'incomplete rows' or if you would like your account checked, please provide your Game ID.

No, I must not have seen the blue '+' on the row, and definitely didn't see it as an option in the shop when I was buying the six givers. But like I said, I was using a mobile device and it screwed up all of the web pages, none of them looked right and I know several work-related were missing content that should have been there.

Other than improving support for mobile devices, I guess there's no way to get it now, ever? Which means that I now have six useless givers, once their charges are done, which weren't worth the price.

The offer was visible from the event timer, news page, cloud rows and red shopping basket. I'm sorry you had trouble making purchases with your mobile device. BP sometimes brings back previous offers so, at this time, we can't say if it will return or not. You can leave your thoughts in Player Feedback or Suggestions for us to forward on to the Game Team.
